All elements of the Incipite service (structure, content, graphics, source code) are protected by copyright and belong to the publisher or its rights holders. Any reproduction, distribution or communication, in whole or in part, without the express consent of the publisher is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

The Incipite service provides a prior art proof based on cryptographic anchoring on the Bitcoin blockchain via the OpenTimestamps protocol. This service does not constitute a copyright registration and creates no intellectual property title. Its probative value depends on the circumstances of each dispute and the sovereign assessment of the relevant jurisdiction.

Anonymous analytics

Incipite uses Umami, a strictly anonymous audience measurement tool (cookie-free, no personal data, no browser fingerprinting, no transfer outside the European Union). This type of tool is exempt from prior consent requirements under GDPR and ePrivacy rules (ICO guidance). No data enabling identification of any person is collected or retained.
